Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data redlotus.studio collects, why, and what you can do about it, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

Who is responsible

Red Lotus Studio is a trade name of RED LOTUS TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA – EPP, CNPJ 49.623.066/0001-27, São Paulo, Brazil, which is the controller of the data described here. For anything about your data, email contact@redlotus.studio with "Privacy" in the subject.

What we collect

• Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message, name and address to reply and to prepare a quote.
• Your cookie choice, kept in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
• Usage analytics, only if you accept. Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location (country or region), device, browser, referring site and session length.
• Ad measurement, only if you accept. The OpenAI pixel reports the pages you view, with browser, device and IP-derived location, so we can see how our campaigns on OpenAI's platforms perform.
• Visiting-company identification, only if you accept. The Lusha pixel reports the pages you view, with your IP address and browser data, so Lusha can tell us which company the visit came from. It identifies companies, not people; we never receive your name or contact details from it.
• Cookieless Google Ads signal. The Google Ads tag loads on every page with advertising consent denied, so it sets no advertising cookies and sends Google only an anonymized signal used for aggregate, modeled measurement.

Embedded videos and posts

Videos on this site come from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and the SEUS post comes from LinkedIn. Neither loads until you click it. Once you do, YouTube or LinkedIn may collect data under their own policies: Google Privacy Policy, LinkedIn Privacy Policy.

Legal basis

• Consent (LGPD Art. 7, I) for analytics, the OpenAI pixel and the Lusha pixel.
• Pre-contractual steps (Art. 7, V) when you write to us about a project.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX) for running and securing the site and for the cookieless Google Ads signal.

Cookies

• Essential: your cookie choice. Always on.
• Analytics: Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*). Only if you accept.
• Ad measurement and company identification: the OpenAI and Lusha pixels may store an identifier in your browser. They are not even downloaded unless you accept.

Who receives data

• Microsoft (United States): hosts this site on Azure and our email on Microsoft 365. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Google (United States): Analytics, only with your consent, and the cookieless Ads signal. Google Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI (United States): pixel data, only with your consent. OpenAI Privacy Policy.
• Lusha (United States): pixel data, only with your consent. Lusha Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal data. Transfers to the United States follow the safeguards of LGPD Art. 33.

How long we keep it

Emails about a project are kept up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer or you ask us to delete them sooner. Google Analytics keeps data for 14 months. Google Ads, OpenAI and Lusha keep their data under their own settings.

Your rights

Under LGPD Art. 18 you can confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, ask for it to be anonymized, blocked or deleted, ask for portability, learn who we share it with, withdraw consent, and complain to the national authority (ANPD). Email contact@redlotus.studio; we reply within 15 days.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
